Are you feeling, okay?
Have you been feeling uneasy, confused or just misguided but the constant feeling of not feeling completely okay in your body?
Why does this keep on happing to you? It’s a response from your body giving you cues that the way you have been treating it spiritually, emotionally and physically will no longer be tolerated or work in your favor, your body is preparing you for the change required to live a better life.
Here are 3 tips to help provide you with a better and happier life that have transformed my life drastically and will help you too.
1. First always establish a consistent routine in your life from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep allow time to yourself in the morning to establish your intentions for the day this makes a huge difference in how you react/interact with the world.
Vs a night time routine allows your body and mind to unwind and be in a gratitude and peaceful environment that will create great set to refuel and reset your body, once you can consistently keep up with your am & pm routine the rest of your life and schedule fall into place seamlessly.
2. I started watching and researching the quality of the food you intake and started opting for more natural and 100% organic diet and alternative remedies , for everything you are eating or intaking daily their is a more natural and better solution for your body its your job to do the search your self not anyone else.
3. Change the type of water that you intake daily most of the water you have been consuming up until now is probably very high acidic tap water and water bottle can have many toxins that can disrupt and completely disbalance the ph in your body drastically affecting your intestinal flower aka real brain, just by changing your water to natural spring waters or alkaline water your body will have an easier time digesting not only the water itself because its free of toxins but will produce less acid to digest food overall.
The more you allow yourself to start with small changes each day the more changes you’ll be able to make complete, habits are not learned in one day you must commit to keeping yourself accountable everyday if you want to improve on the inside and out.
